TAP have completed the CAT B fit out for Private Equity firm Larchpoint Capitals new home across the ninth floor of the building. The new office comprised of new meeting rooms, offices, a trading floor area, a reception, refreshment points and toilets.
TAP successfully carried out the CAT B fit out, for a 13000 sqft. of high end office fit-out for client Xplor Technologies. Set within the prominent skyline of Newcastle, located beside Newcastle Central Station.
The Anslow Partnership were appointed to undertake the outline design for the MEPH and fire protection services for the refurbishment of this iconic building, previously Home to House of Fraser department store (closing in early 2019).

The Anslow Partnership were appointed to design and monitor the CAT B fit out and relocation to 30 Broadwick St, London for a confidential client to create a modern working space with a strong focus on digital technology .

A major refurbishment of three floors comprising 90,000ft2 of office accommodation to create a new London Headquarters for a Confidential Consulting Company’.

The 1 Angel Court building is a 28-story including basement, ground floor, floors 1 to 25 and roof level building located in the City Central London. The building is a new construction and was completed on 2017.

The Anslow Partnership worked very closely with GH+A Design of Montreal, RMC Retail and the Wheeler Group, in collaboration with #Bravado and #UniversalMusicGroup in the design and development of the Flagship RS  9 Carnaby; the first retail store for the iconic Rolling Stones in Carnaby Street, London. 

The new central London office for MTVH, located in the Johnson Building, Hatton Garden. TAP successfully carried out the CAT B fit out, providing a desirable working space and an environmentally friendly design.

A new prominent office building of 27,500 sq ft in the heart of Reading town centre, Just a stone’s throw from Reading’s fantastic amenity offering.

A major refurbishment of two buildings on the Farnborough Aerospace Park rebranded as Ascent 1 and Ascent 3 providing circa 110,000ft2 of office accommodation.

The Anslow Partnership were appointed to design and monitor the CAT B works being developed from the Landlords Shell and Core office refurbishment at the listed and Heritage sensitive Adelphi Building.

The Anslow Partnership were appointed to design and develop the full Shell & Core MEP Services installation for this mixed-use Boutique Aparthotel. The project consisted of the complete design-development for the MEP Services infrastructure, as well as a ‘World Class’ Show-kitchen and Restaurant, a Cinema, branded Gym and 166 x apartments across the 7 levels of the Hotel.

The Anslow Partnership has successfully completed the M&E fit-out of Levels 1, 3 and 4 for the new Gartner office at 8 Salisbury Square, London. This fast track D&B fit-out was completed within 6 months of the Client signing the Lease. TAP developed a full detailed design package from Gartner’s existing draft ER’s suitable for the Contractor to install to.

The Anslow partnership where appointed to design and develop the new and existing services modifications required for the refurbishment of the main White & case reception, meeting and conference room suite and staff restaurant at their Old Broad Street headquarters.

The Anslow partnership where appointed to design and develop the full CAT B fit out for Open Text over two floors at 45 Cannon Street, London. The building which was recently constructed comprises of six floors of commercial office space.

The Anslow Partnership were appointed to design and develop a full Cat B office services installation for Verifone –  Payment Systems and Software technology company.  Having gone through a period of rapid expansion, Verifone wanted a larger workplace to relocate their European headquarters to that was not only future proof but reflected their dynamic company culture.

The Anslow Partnership were appointed to design the CAT B Fit-out at Copyright Building on behalf of Capita. The new building is located  27 – 33 Berners Street, London W1 and was developed by Derwent London and leased by Capita for their new London Headquarters.

The Anslow Partnership were appointed to design and develop a full Cat A office services installation for LaSalle Investment Management ( LIM ) in conjunction with BGY Architects.

The Anslow Partnership were appointed to design and develop a full Cat B office installation for ITV across two buildings at Waterhouse Square. The project included the complete fit-out of the third, fourth and fifth floors at 2 Waterhouse Square and the first floor at 1 Waterhouse Square.

TAP were employed to carry out a full design assessment of the existing MEPH services and to progress a full re-design of the re-stacked and architecturally re-designed office floors; this involved the design of a new 4th Floor Reception and 4th Floor Client Meeting Suite, as well as a new Ground Floor Kitchen and a la carte Atrium Restaurant.

TAP were employed to design the mechanical and electrical services for the refurbishment of the 3rd, 5th, and 6th floors to adapt the floor space from a large cellular office arrangement to a more open plan modern work space with meeting and conference rooms to suit an increase in staff numbers. 

TAP were appointed to undertake the full detail design of Farfetch’s new CAT B office space, consisting of contemporary office space over 3 storeys occupying 60,0002 ft.

TAP were appointed to design the fit-out of Mishcon de Reya’s new head-office consisting of 120,000 ft2 net office space. The project comprised the full CAT B fit-out of Africa House, a landmark building in Holborn, to provide high quality office accommodation for more than 450 fee earners plus support staff.

TAP were appointed to design the fit out of Hachette UK’s new head-office consisting of 110,000 ft2 net office space. The project included the modifications to an existing CAT A installation to enable HOK London’s vision for Hachette UK.

TAP were employed to monitor the CAT A modifications and to design the very specific requirements for Bain & Company to 80,000 sq2 net office space.  The project included the full strip out  then CAT A  installation followed by the CAT B installation for Bain & Company.
