Case Study
Gartner headquarters
The Anslow Partnership has successfully completed the M&E fit-out of Levels 1, 3 and 4 for the new Gartner office at 8 Salisbury Square, London.
This fast track D&B fit-out was completed within 6 months of the Client signing the Lease. TAP developed a full detailed design package from Gartner’s existing draft ER’s suitable for the Contractor to install to.
TAP were novated over to Mace Interiors to manage and oversee the project through to completion and handover, whilst retaining our representation with the client throughout to ensure cost control was assured. The project completed on time and snag free.
Working closely with HOK architects and MACE project management, the project comprised of a mixture of open plan and cellular office space, small and large meeting rooms, presentation and training rooms, phone booths, collaboration lounges and breakout spaces.
We collaborated closely with HOK throughout the project to ensure an environmentally conscious design approach which also provides a vibrant and comfortable working space and further developed the Clients ER’s into a standard document for future Gartner projects.
