David Anslow
David worked with YRM Engineers in the capacity of Managing Director, prior to joining Cundall, Johnston & Partners in 1997. David was an Equity Member managing the London Office before establishing TAP in June 2004.
David has a keen interest in the progression of the industry and has written for the BCO as well as contributing to Technical Seminars and lectures at Colleges.
David has been a hands on project leader and designer on a number of prestigious projects for a wide range of clients all of the UK and Europe since establishing TAP, including office redevelopments, fit out and refurbishment, education and leisure.
Andrew entered the building services industry from school and began his career with a five year training programme at FC Foreman and Partners, a building services design consultancy. Andrew is registered with the Engineering Council as an incorporated Engineer and holds corporate membership of the Institute of Engineering and Technology, membership of CIBSE, and is a CIBSE Low Carbon Consultant.
Andrew joined the TAP team in June 2006 as a Senior Engineer. Prior to joining TAP he has held senior positions with consultants, design and build contractors, and end users which has given him a wealth of experience in the various aspects of building services engineering.
Andrew has been involved on numerous projects throughout the UK within the commercial sector including office refurbishments and data centre facilities.
Andrew Ash
Lee Bennett
Lee started his engineering career in 1995 and joined an apprenticeship training scheme, completed a HNC in building services and gained a BEng (Hons) degree in energy engineering.
Lee entered Building Design Consultancy in 2004 and joined TAP in 2007 as a Senior Electrical Engineer, responsible for the design and management of a variety of projects ranging from commercial shell & core developments, Tenant CAT B office fit-outs, residential, health care and education facilities. Lee is a Chartered Member of CIBSE.
His diverse project experience and working background has given him excellent knowledge and understanding of building services design, project management and a good practical appreciation of building services systems.
Rhys is a Chartered Engineer with over 18 years experience within the industry and has been involved in projects both here in the UK and abroad which include commercial sector, residential and educational projects including office refurbishments, detailed design of schools and colleges, and new build office developments.
Rhys joined the TAP Team in September 2011 as Senior Engineer. Prior to this Rhys has gained a wide and varied knowledge within the building services industry of both private and public sector projects.
